Classes at Space Yoga Studio

SPACE offers you a wide variety of yoga styles, whatever your ability and preference. If you are new to yoga or getting back into it we offer many classes that are ‘Suitable for Beginners’. If you want to push yourself mentally or physically, and perhaps break sweat, try out HATHA FLOW, DETOX FLOW or one of our varied VINYASA classes. If you really need to turn inwards and calm the nervous system then we recommend YIN or MINDFUL FLOW. If you’re a more experienced practitioner or teacher then come along to the INTERMEDIATE VINYASA!
