Natasha began her journey of yoga at the age of 14. Her spiritual journey took her to the birthplace of yoga, Rishikesh, India where she studied at The Samanvaya Vidya Dham Ashram under the highly acclaimed Sir Sushant Pandey, respected swami and sage to the stars including Oprah Winfrey and Uma Thurman. She then received a scholarship with Pranaluz in Costa Rica focusing on mindfulness, neuroscience and contemplative studies of eastern philosophies as well as Buddhism, Vedanta, Yoga Nidra, Fascia and the meridian lines, anatomy, and an abundance of ancient mind-body techniques. Using all she’s learned in ancestral wisdom practices, movement therapy, biomechanical awareness and an understanding of neuroscience and the 21st-century psyche, Natasha encourages profound shifts within the human brain as well as the physical and emotional body. Her passion for teaching people how to self-heal and regulate themselves on and off the mat, combined with her love for music + sensorial experiences bleeds into every class and student that attends. Her offering is as intrinsically unique and detailed as it is effective in today’s overwhelming, all-consuming world.
