Jade

Jade has been practicing yoga of varied disciplines for over 10 years, but owing to its fluid and dance like approach, seems to always be drawn back toward a vinyasa style of movement & practice. Yoga has changed, shifted and helped nurture practically all areas of Jades life; something she will forever be grateful for.

She typically teaches in a slow yet strong vinyasa style, encouraging exploration and playfulness. Jade structures her classes with the intention that each student will leave feeling empowered, energinsed & grounded. She strongly believes that yoga should not only be self expressive and deeply nourishing, but also fun, joyful and playful and will actively encourage all these energies and emotions to spill over to life beyond the mat.
