Hannah started her yoga journey over 8 years ago when she found herself feeling completely overwhelmed and unable to find a balance between work, life and personal passions. She was advised to try a yoga class and from that day on she has never looked back. From that first time Hannah stepped on to her mat, to date, Hannah has gone onto achieve and add value to her teaching and knowledge with over 400hrs of yoga certification within many different styles of yoga. These include Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Yin yoga.
Hannah’s true passion is to deepen awareness of both the physical and internal benefits yoga has to offer every individual differently. Whatever your goal may be Hannah’s classes will allow you to delve in a little deeper and start your own yoga journey / path.
